30 Years of Kabeltronik - A Profile of Bernhard Hüller
For three decades, Bernhard Hüller has been an integral part of our team at Kabeltronik – and an indispensable member of our shipping department. On the occasion of his 30th work anniversary, we would like to say thank you and offer an insight into his career path and experiences within the company.
From a Newspaper Ad to a Success Story
Bernhard’s journey at Kabeltronik began on March 1, 1996 – back then through a traditional newspaper advertisement. Since then, both the company and his role have continuously evolved: from one warehouse to four, from a smaller product range to a significantly expanded portfolio. At the same time, he has consistently developed his own skills and embraced new challenges.
Precision, Responsibility, and Enjoyment of Work
As a warehouse specialist in shipping, Bernhard ensures smooth operations – from incoming goods inspection to order picking. His focus is always on precise, clean, and error-free work. His structured approach and strong sense of responsibility make him a reliable pillar of the team.
Team and Work Environment
Bernhard attributes his long tenure primarily to his enjoyment of the job, the opportunity to continuously learn new things, and the positive working environment. The company’s growth and its international shipping operations also add variety to his daily work.
Experience You Can Rely On
After three decades, Bernhard has built up extensive experience and in-depth knowledge. He is an important point of contact for:
- product-related questions and quality matters
- internal processes and technical challenges
- the onboarding of new employees
His helpfulness and reliability are highly valued within the team. He is also actively involved in training and passes on his knowledge in a practical, hands-on way.
Personal Life
Outside of work, Bernhard leads an active and nature-oriented life. As an early riser, he enjoys his coffee and finds balance through cycling, swimming, and gardening. Sports, in particular, give him a lot of energy.
His advice to new employees
“Make sure you get properly trained, ask lots of questions, and take in everything you can learn here.”
For the future, he hopes for continued good cooperation and collegiality – with the long-term goal of entering retirement in good health.
